Ken has concentrated on collections of different varieties during his entire practice. He handled landlord collections while attending law school, and upon graduation expanded to full-scale retail collections and litigation. In 1994, Ken began to handle increasing amounts of small subrogation files. Insurance, public entity and transportation collections quickly became the firm’s focus and today account for 90 percent of all cases handled. Ken has represented a number of public entities as general counsel and special counsel. Ken is a graduate of Southern Illinois University undergraduate and law school (B.A. 1988; J.D. 1991) and is licensed to practice law in both IL and CO. Ken is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP). He is strongly devoted to the subrogation and collection industries.
